Forum signatures & rank pictures under forum names? Empty Forum signatures & rank pictures under forum names?

I've noticed that the rank symbol pictures under our names is a broken link which says "iaza" and it's a big ugly box that covers part of the topic's message. Also was wondering if the signature bug was fixed or if we're going to be allowed to have signatures with code and stuff. And maybe larger forum avatars, like 200x300px instead of 50x50px or 100x100px?
